Troi J. Griffin, Office Manager for Urban Collective Counseling LLC, is an avid and firm believer in integrity, opportunity, accountability and delivery. Troi is big on building, managing and maintaining all types of businesses, from large and private corporations to small and start up businesses. With over 10 years experience in healthcare and operations management, Troi has an uncanny ability for finding solutions to most all issues from production, workforce management, patient relations and marketing issues.
She will target and evaluate the problems and get them resolved. The oldest of 5 and the mother of 5, she knows that the future is with our youth. Troi’s is particularly vested in mental health and therapeutic practices and firms. As a Denver Native and Black Female Entrepreneur she understands the necessity for these practices to function as mental health is a top priority in today’s society.
With her company (Griffin Management and Finance LLC) her aim is to harness the creativity and ideas of our youth, young entrepreneurs and new entrepreneurs, marry their entrepreneurial spirit with her consult, experience and assistance, to become successful, and prosperous business owners of the future.
